Terms and Conditions

Here at Jersey Fudge Pot we are committed to providing our customers old and new with the highest level of service and with lots of great tasting fudge.


We will accept customer returns if the items or item you receive arrives damaged or the incorrect item/ items were sent. Please take a picture of your items as they have arrived, then forward it by email to and we can resolve your issue or re-issue your order swiftly.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us in the first instance as our fudge is made fresh to order in small batches, so if cancellation occurs after your order is dispatched we will be unable to make a refund to you.


Payments will be taken when your order is placed, rather than time of dispatch. This avoids any last minute problems that may delay your delivery. We will not accept an order until we have checked and approved all details. If there are any issues we will be in touch as soon as possible to rectify.


We hand deliver our fudge on the island. All packages for other destinations will be sent out with Jersey Post. If your package goes missing or is heavily delayed please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues. We strongly recommend ordering early to prevent any delivery issues. Please check your delivery information is correct as we are not liable for your order if you give us incorrect information.

Packaging and design

From time to time we may choose to update or change our packaging, including bags, boxes, cards and wrapping materials. If you have ordered one of our products, the fudge will remain the same but we reserve the right to change or upgrade your packaging. We promise they will still look beautiful.

The online store is open 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, enquiries and orders placed after working hours, weekends and bank holidays will be dealt with on the following working day. We will do our very best to deal with your enquiry within 48 hours.
