Hello, My name is Jill Holt and I am the owner and confectioner at Jersey Fudge Pot. Jersey Fudge Pot is a small business hand-making real fudge on the beautiful Channel Island of Jersey, using the finest quality local ingredients. 

I was born and grew up on a farm on the beautiful island of Jersey and have been a keen baker all my life. Growing up on a farm gave me my passion for using our fantastic local produce and I am proud to carry on making fudge just the way you like it.

We make our fudge in the traditional way, in small batches, hand stirred over high heat, poured into cooling trays and hand cut. Made with the milk, cream and butter from beautiful Jersey Cows, you can almost taste the grass! No preservatives are used and only natural flavourings are chosen where required.

Jersey Fudge Pot is a member of The Genuine Jersey Products Association. Genuine Jersey was conceived in 2001 as a non-profit organisation to promote goods which are made, reared, grown or caught in Jersey and its surrounding waters and because of the skills involved in production, may be regarded by consumers as being genuinely 'Local'

 

​Every registered food business in Jersey gets a food safety audit and star rating, based on compliance with the Jersey Food Law and the Food Standards Agency (FSA) Food Safety Code of Practice. We are delighted to tell you that we have been awarded a maximum score of 5 stars. According to the Eat Safe website this means that we are an 'Excellent performer, fully compliant with the law and adopts best practice. Overall very high standard of food safety management practices'.
